A Memorable Arizona Escape with Amazing Service
Our stay was fantastic! Enjoyed relaxing afternoons by the pool, especially the lazy river. Dinner at the courtyard during sunset offered an unforgettable ambiance. Tip, Arrive early for the sunset bagpiper. Service was attentive, yet unobtrusive, allowing for true relaxation.

The lazy river was a hit with my kids, and we all loved the festive music from the live band. The resort's spacious grounds offered plenty of room for our family to explore, and the resort view room was really enjoyable.
My kids wished there were more activities specifically for them.

The A/C was icy and kept us cool during the hot days, making our poolside time enjoyable! 🏖️ Room was clean, but I wish there was more attention to details like decor. Overall, a nice getaway.

But my refrigerator had a better nap schedule than I did—two hours on, two hours off! Oh, and who knew room service was on a secret diet? No food until the dinner hour!

The spacious, modern room provided a comfortable sanctuary with amazing soundproofing. The outdoor spaces were delightful, with a beautiful view of the golf course and lake. However, noise from adjacent rooms was distracting at times, and the breakfast options fell short of expectations. The lack of extended hours for the Scotch library was a letdown since I was eager to explore more of their offerings.

Plenty of fun around the pool, complete with a lazy river that adds a nice twist for relaxation. Easy access to Kierland Commons provides loads of shopping and dining options right at your doorstep.
Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with stains on furniture and insufficient housekeeping during the stay. Dining options felt overpriced and underwhelming. for instance, breakfast and drink prices certainly gave off a nickel-and-diming vibe, which was disappointing. Then there’s the lobby—hard to ignore that smell being pumped in, which doesn’t quite match the resort vibe. Also, the noise from nearby events interrupted our peace, making it tough to unwind effectively.
